Getting more than you bargained for...

The vast majority of people who decide to train with me have one main aim in mind: to change their body shape in some way - more specifically in most cases, to become slimmer. 

That’s how it often starts, anyway. And there’s nothing wrong with that at all. But one of the things that makes my job so rewarding is that time and time again I experience my clients’ goals evolving and achievements progressing as they not only achieve their initial weight loss, but then go on to appreciate a whole host of additional benefits due to their training that they perhaps never previously considered - improved energy levels; functional fitness and pain-free movement that allows them to live and enjoy activities of daily living that they once took for granted but long since lost and forgot how good it felt; improved and sustained emotional wellbeing and confidence levels, and the hugely positive effects that can have on many other aspects of their lives… 

The list of benefits is quite profound! It’s well worth bearing that in mind if you’re keen on the idea of shifting a few unwanted pounds but feel like you’re struggling to justify investing a little time and care for yourself, thinking that it’s “just about the body shape”. 

It has the power to go far deeper than that. That’s why it’s so rewarding for me to help my clients experience this, and beat their target!
